We want to engage parents in a conversation about the importance of our Code of Ethics, the Player Code of Conduct, and the Coaches Code of Conduct. The following infomation focuses on how each set of guidelines supports a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all participants. By reviewing these codes together, we can ensure that parents understand their role in reinforcing good sportsmanship, encouraging appropriate behavior, and supporting coaches and players in upholding these standards! With this inmind Lee's Summit Parks & Rec have also established a new Abuse Prevention Matrix that will be used throughout all LSPR Leagues.
